Loyalty program

Szarvashegy Panoráma Apartman has introduced a loyalty program for returning guests as a token of appreciation for their continued trust.

Guests who have completed at least two stays or a minimum of four nights are eligible to participate in the loyalty program and request a loyalty card by contacting foglalas@szarvashegy.hu.

As a loyalty member, you will receive a discount on accommodation services along with exclusive additional benefits.

Terms of Use – Loyalty Program

• To redeem loyalty benefits, reservations must be made directly with Szarvashegy Panoráma Apartman (by phone or email). Please always book in the name of the cardholder and indicate the loyalty card number in your reservation.
• The loyalty discount applies exclusively to accommodation services (it does not apply to tourist tax, consumption, or other intermediary services).
• The loyalty discount is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other discounts.
• In the case of gift voucher purchases, eligibility for loyalty benefits is assessed based on the purchaser (not the recipient).
• Loyalty cards are valid for one year from the last use or until revoked.
• Szarvashegy Panoráma Apartman reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the loyalty program.
