____________When can I check in and when do I need to check out?
The reserved apartment may be occupied between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM on the day of arrival. We kindly ask that you vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
In compliance with legal regulations, guests are required to present a valid identification or travel document upon check-in for data recording purposes. In the absence of valid identification, we are obliged to refuse accommodation services and proceed as if the guest had not arrived at the scheduled start of the reservation.
What payment methods are available?
A deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required at the time of reservation. This may be paid by credit/debit card, bank transfer, OTP, MKB or K&H SZÉP Card, or by redeeming a gift voucher.
If arrival is within 15 days of booking, the remaining 50% may be settled on site in cash, by card, or by redeeming a gift voucher.
If arrival is more than 15 days after booking, the remaining 50% must be paid no later than 15 days prior to arrival via a payment link sent by us (by card or SZÉP Card), bank transfer, or gift voucher.
If the remaining balance is not received by the 10th day prior to arrival, the reservation will be cancelled without refund of the deposit.
Are all four apartments identical?
While each apartment features distinctive interior design elements, all offer the same level of equipment, comfort, and breathtaking panoramic views.
Szarvashegy Panoráma Apartman has been awarded a **** (four-star) rating by the Hungarian Tourism Quality Certification Board.
What services are included in the room rate?
The room rate includes:
- Premium accommodation with a generous breakfast basket
- Complimentary coffee and tea
- Private jacuzzi belonging to the apartment
- Shared panoramic Finnish sauna and relaxation area
- Bathrobes and slippers
- Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) in all rooms
- One parking space per apartment in our gated parking area

Where can I have lunch or dinner?
The charming town centre of Szentendre and the Danube Promenade offer numerous excellent dining options. Should you prefer to stay in, our partners provide home delivery. We also recommend exploring our wide selection of Hungarian and international wines to complement your dinner.
When is the panoramic sauna open?
Our panoramic sauna is open daily from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Earlier access is available for an additional fee:
- from 1:00 PM: HUF 5,000 / day / apartment,
- from 10:00 AM: HUF 10,000 / day / apartment.
Who may use the services of the property?
We are pleased to welcome guests aged 18 and over only.
Are pets allowed?
Due to the design of our apartments, we regret that pets cannot be accommodated.
Is extra bedding available?
Our apartments are optimised for couples; therefore, extra beds are not available.
Is smoking permitted?
The apartments and sauna area are strictly non-smoking. Smoking — including electronic cigarettes and IQOS devices — is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Is parking available?
Each apartment includes one shaded parking space in our gated car park.
How can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Cancellations are accepted exclusively in writing via email to foglalas@szarvashegy.hu .
Up to 30 days before arrival: free modification or cancellation. Up to 15 days before arrival: cancellation fee is 50% of the booking amount. Within 15 days before arrival (or in case of no-show): 100% of the booking amount.
If you wish to modify your reservation within 30 days prior to arrival:
- In the case of documented COVID infection, modification is possible at any time, with rebooking within 6 months.
- In all other cases, modifications requested up to 10 days prior to arrival may be rescheduled within 6 months. Within 10 days of arrival, date modification is not possible.
Who can I contact if I need assistance?
Outside reception hours, an on-call telephone service is available. Our central phone number is always attended by one of our colleagues.

As GPS navigation may occasionally provide incorrect directions, we have prepared a map to assist you. Directional signs are also placed along the route to the apartments.
